Traditionally this question would be exciting to me... to be asked by a potential tenant to assist finding something to rent .. I showcase all the great properties I have available with the aim to source something they love !
Today .. in the middle of a pandemic .. not only do I not have any property available, what I do have is not coming up for a few weeks. The rental values at present are certainly unsettling for most trying to find accommodation .. the " no stock high demand" formula of real estate has been the driving force behind rent rises as people flock to the safety of the NO COVID Sunshine Coast.

Tips :
have your application ready and completed in full when viewing property
have a rental ledger of all your payment history if possible
a reference from a previous agent is always a good idea to hand in with your application
make sure you have your I.D. copied with enough information for successful identification
