Traditionally this question would be exciting to me... to be asked by a potential tenant to assist finding something to rent .. I showcase all the great properties I have available with the aim to source something they love !

Today .. in the middle of a pandemic .. not only do I not have any property available, what I do have is not coming up for a few weeks. The rental values at present are certainly unsettling for most trying to find accommodation .. the " no stock high demand" formula of real estate has been the driving force behind rent rises as people flock to the safety of the NO COVID Sunshine Coast.

Switchfoot Street Bokarina Beach - 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and a powder room, outdoor living area, inground pool, double lock up garage, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 microwaves, 2 cooktops for those who do not like to mix their food groups, fully fenced only a very short walk to Bokarina Beach available mid April - $820.00 per week

Oceanic Drive Warana - Absolute beachfront, 5 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area, study nook and large lounge room all open up to the inground pool area, outdoor entertainment area backs onto natural bushland and the dunes of Warana Beach, double lock up garage, gated front entrance for privacy, pool is serviced monthly by owner, chemicals tenants care will be available mid April - $920.00 per week

Tips :

have your application ready and completed in full when viewing property

have a rental ledger of all your payment history if possible

a reference from a previous agent is always a good idea to hand in with your application

make sure you have your I.D. copied with enough information for successful identification
