I am very happy with the service you provide as our property manager. It's hard to believe it's 4 years! I can't think of anything you could do to improve. You always respond quickly to any emails or phone calls and act appropriately and professionally if there are any issues. You have a good supply of trades people who have always done a good job when working on our property. I really appreciate the personal service you provide, it's reassuring to know that you are the only person I need to contact as compared with other property management services where there seem to be many people involved in different aspects of the management. It's also great to have such a long term relationship with you managing our property. It can be stressful when property managers change. I also appreciate and respect your knowledge and experience of the property and rental market.

I also fully support your more authentic self who has recently thrown away the high heels and make up, great move! (Not that it worries me either way but just in case you're wondering.)

The fact that we have followed you

since 2008 (some would say that is stalking lol) is testament enough that we are happy with the service you provide.

You are extremely approachable and always provide prompt and personal service. I like that you go the extra mile like when the storms hit a little while ago you personally went to the property to assess the damage and even when you offered to water the newly laid turf last year knowing that we are not living close by to do these things. It means a lot and these little things are what set you apart from other organisations. Customer service is sadly lacking in these times and we are finding more and more that the “little” organisations provide far better service because it’s personal, it’s not always about the money.

5 stars from me, your level of professionalism, fast response time to quieries and ability to handle difficult situations has been really appreciated. My only preference personally would be to receive rent payments and statements weekly to help reduce interest on the mortgage, other than that fantastic all-round :)
