Karen Stehr Property was founded on almost 30 years of property management experience and has been thriving for the past 6 years as Karen now enters her 34th year in property management. Karen Stehr Property was launched with the vision to deliver a better option for landlords and tenants as Karen could see there was strong demand for high quality, customer-centric property management services on the Sunshine Coast that was not being offered consistently.  

Karen has worked in small boutique agencies and has also been employed by the big brands in both residential and commercial capacities for over three decades. It is this depth of experience and knowledge that has allowed her to establish a unique property management business that strives to deliver superior service in every situation.

As a property manager, Karen has seen it all. She has experienced slow markets and been excited as she has thrived in flourishing markets and has most recently supported and navigated her clients through the housing crisis spurred on by Covid-19. Karen has seen numerous legislation changes and reforms and has always managed to stay at the forefront of learning as the landscape changes to ensure that her clients are equipped with the right information and advice at the right time.
