Christie Turner is a property enthusiast, marketing strategist and an exceptional leader. Christie has worked in the property industry for almost 20 years and has played pivotal roles throughout her career that have seen her make impact with high performing sales teams and deliver outstanding results from strategic marketing plans utilising both traditional and contemporary marketing techniques and tactics. Christie is passionate about property and is excited to be joining her colleague, Karen Stehr to support her business growth.

Christie grew up on the Sunshine Coast and while her career has seen her work within the property industry across Brisbane and Gold Coast, Christie always returns to the place she considers home. Christie worked alongside Karen Stehr at one of the largest family owned independent agencies for over 5 years before branching out to further develop her skills and knowledge.

Christie has sold and managed sales teams for well known real estate brands including LJ Hooker and McGrath Agents and has also provided strategic plans and direction for other elite agencies such as Colliers and Savills. It is her wealth of experience that allows Christie to work in a sales capacity, drawing from her marketing background to combine a unique combination of skills that deliver the best outcome possible for sellers. Christie has exceptional communication and negotiation skills and loves the freedom she has in creating customised marketing strategies for each property she takes to the market.

While Christie has strong experience in the residential real estate sector, she has also worked for a leading new home builder, giving her an extended knowledge of house and land packaging, land sales and the process around selling off the plan and display home properties.

Christie is excited to be teaming up with Karen Stehr Property to assist in the expansion and growth of the well-established business.
