Commencing in property management in 1989 in a small office in Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast, Karen Stehr has enjoyed over 34 years in her chosen field and has a wealth of knowledge to offer ensuring your investment is well experienced hands.

Karen is now a member of the over 50 club and is well suited to handling difficult situations that can arise in property management.  The vast range of situations definitely requires a property manager able to provide a solution in a calm and mature manner, ranging from tenants who refuse to pay rent on time requiring a stern approach, to emergency power issues which can effect the safety and wellbeing of a tenant, to burst water pipes on Christmas Eve requiring a 24 hour contact person.  Karen thrives on challenge and is always at the ready to implement a solution.

Outsmarting the market is also a priority to Karen. The Sunshine Coast traditionally has soft and strong market trends, understanding and predicting those trends and acting accordingly is Karen’s talent. When a market is slow, Karen increases the amount of open homes to attract tenants, changes the open times to a Saturday or a Sunday or early evening to allow potential tenants more flexibility to view available property. 9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday just does not suit a soft market.
